Modernizing Commercial Heating Infrastructure
On a recent commercial installation project, we replaced outdated MHS boilers and high-risk gravity-fed hot water systems with a highly efficient ACV HeatMaster and Prestige Cascade system. This new setup features weather compensation and advanced time controls, separated by a plate heat exchanger, and includes an X-pot to gradually clean the existing radiator system over time.

In the same building, we replaced two additional MHS boilers with a high-efficiency Ideal Evomax cascade system, again incorporating weather compensation and time controls. We also made necessary adjustments to the hydronic systems to ensure proper flow distribution via a low-loss header.
Finally, we decommissioned LTHW panel heaters in the warehouse and installed a Powrmatic suspended warm air unit with localized control, providing a modern and efficient heating solution for the space.
